SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING:

Our global shipping services operate from Dornoch, Scotland.


For customers in the UK:
orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, aiming for delivery within 2-3 days. While we strive to meet specific delivery times, we cannot be held responsible for postal service delays. Processing and shipping times exclude weekends and public holidays. An email notification will be sent once your order is dispatched.


For international customers outside the UK:
Please note that shipping costs will be applied after your order is placed, and dispatch of items will only occur upon full payment of shipping costs. Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility for orders delivered outside the UK. These costs are unpredictable and beyond our control.

Upon receiving your email with the necessary information, we will calculate the shipping costs based on your location.

Subsequently, you can anticipate a response from us detailing the specific shipping costs to your country. This correspondence will also include a secure payment link for your convenience in settling the shipping costs.

Upon the successful receipt of the full shipping payment, we will proceed to finalise and fulfil your order.

REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS:

Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses, as we print labels directly from the details provided during checkout. Any undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility. If you wish to have a refused or undeliverable package resent, a shipping fee will be applied.



RETURNS:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Cancellations are not accepted, but please reach out if any issues arise with your order.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless damaged or defective): Custom or personalised orders, perishable products, digital downloads, and items on sale.

Conditions of return:

To facilitate returns, customers are advised to label parcels with 'return to sender' address details in case of potential government restrictions for delivery carriers.

For a refund, items must be unused, returned in the original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
